Delete your account and data

AutoCuts is operated by Yaw Works LLC. You can delete everything yourself, at any time, in about ten seconds.

In the app

Open AutoCuts and go to Settings.
Tap Start over, then Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

This deletes your account, your clip library and thumbnails, every reel, your brands, briefs and topics, any Instagram connection (including the access token we held), and your sign-in. Uploaded clips and rendered reels are removed from storage. It cannot be undone.

Instagram only

To disconnect Instagram but keep your AutoCuts account, remove AutoCuts under Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, or email us. Removing the app on Instagram invalidates the token; we delete the stored connection on the next refresh cycle.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@autocuts.app from the address on your account and we delete everything within 7 days and confirm by reply.

Just want a copy of your data?

Email support@autocuts.app and we'll send an export of what we hold about you — this doesn't delete anything.

What stays

Reels already published to your Instagram account stay on Instagram; delete them there. Backups are retained for up to 7 days and then expire. Purchase records stay with Apple.
