- AutoCuts is provided by Yaw Works LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.
- You own your footage and the reels made from it. You give us permission to process it to provide the service.
- You are responsible for what gets posted to accounts you connect. Every reel waits in your queue first so you can veto it; posting is your decision.
- Templates are structural (timing, pacing, audio); do not use AutoCuts to reproduce someone else's footage or violate platform rules.
- Subscriptions renew automatically through Apple until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end.
- We may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for lost posts, reach or revenue.
